The creative process is living in our cells as the memory of our creation in the womb. In this workshop we will set the intention to reawake the connection between our creativity and our creation.
We will connect with nature to go deeply into the silence of ourselves, renewing our connection with Mother Earth and re-birthing the "creator system" within us which is capable of regenerating our physical bodies, as well as our creative spirits.
The supportive small group setting (up to eight people) will form the nurturing in which we will use deep listening, improvised music, drawing, movement, photography, poetry, left-hand, right-hand explorations, guided visualizations and meditation to re-experience our lives as creative works of art.
We will be silent and noisy, serious and whimsical as we share time and space together. We will allow the exquisite counterpoint of creativity and creation to give birth to the awareness within us that we are the powerful creators of our own lives.
