Hello my friend,

          I designed a metal table for a customer and went looking for a metal fabricator to make it. A friend of mine suggested a place in Harpursville NY called "Custom Fabrication" Well it appears that "Custom Fabrication" doesn't do Custom Fabrication. At least I can't get them to say yes we do Custom Fabrication and give me a price, or say we don't do Custom Fabrication, and let me look elsewhere. Initially I went to "Custom Fabrication" and, after banging on the very fancy showroom locked door, some guy came out of the rear shop area and took my drawings and phone number saying someone will call. Well, a week goes by, with no phone call from "Custom Fabrication" so I call them, and after wading through a maze of button pushing, having received one message from the president's office saying he was away on a getaway vacation trip, got to the second in charge's voice mail, and left a message. That was last week with no results. So Yesterday in my travels, I went to "Custom Fabrication" but no one answered. In one last effort, today I called "Custom Fabrication" and reached the president and explained the situation. He apologized saying they have been very busy (Right .... on vacation!) but he would dig through the papers, and call me back with an estimate, once again taking my phone number. Well, you guessed it! No phone call from "Custom Fabrication" about my project. So I can only assume that "Custom Fabrication" doesn't do Custom Fabrication, and I will continue my search..
          Please let me know if you know of any reliable metal fabricators to do the job.
