           Much of my work appears to be made from one piece of steel or even "cast iron", but the design work added around the frame includes: hand bent steel rings, saw cut steel bars, steel balls and other fabricated metal pieces. Each of these additions must be cut to fit, then welded into place. All welds are finished using grinders, custom built sanders and finishing equipment to maintain clean lines and good geometry. We use powdercoated finishes on all of our metal work. This environmentally friendly, baked on finish is available in Raven Black, Silver Hammertone, and Copper Hammertone.
          The decorative beveled glass wall mirrors begin with a steel picture frame with mitred corners. The mirrors we use are high quality double coated, 5 mm thick glass with 1/2" bevels. Every mirror has dual mounting brackets for vertical or horizontal installation. Our custom designed dry wall install kit, with full instructions, makes hanging these mirrors simple. Using a pencil and phillips head screw driver, your mirror can be installed in less than 3 minutes.
