Jericho Arts Council
Greetings from the Council

We have a new "THEATRE" sign on the building in the front THANKS to an Eagle Project of local Boy Scout, Bob Erickson. Be sure to look up when you come to a program.
The indoor painting is about finished - THANKS to Tom and Cindy Salak, Ben Laing, Robin Moore, Judy Ives, Linda and Ernie Whitaker, Denise Marshall and the Bakers. The gold stenciled design connecting the two wall colors has been completed, THANKS to Lynn Thomas and the Gallery Group - that makes the whole theatre shine!
The tin ceiling squares have been replaced and hopefully will have their coats of paint very soon! THANKS to the craftsmanship of the Tin Man, Reed Baker.
And the biggie - the new power packs and lighting console arrived at the end of August and are installed, not all lights are up and running yet, but by show time, they should be ready. THANKS to the electrician Pete Taggart and the Len from Syracuse Stage and Lighting.
AND A BIG THANKS for the many contributions toward the lighting project that have come in. (It's not too late to send yours, if you haven't yet. Hint, hint.)
The Seating Treatment Program project continues. For a $100 contribution a seat and back cushion will be upholstered and installed along with a small brass plate attached to the back of the seat with your name or a memorial name. We hope this will grow with the Fall programming

                                                   Thank You!
