Mint Restaurant

Mint Restaurant

Karen and Judy Spychalski, a daughter and mother team, are artists with a colorful palette and a beautiful sense of design. Best of all, their artwork tastes great! The proprietors of Mint! restaurant, in Mount Upton, New York, present food as a gallery would feature art. Each dish an original creation, presented for your enjoyment, and appealing to at least four of your five senses. An attractive presentation, wonderful aromas, outstanding flavor, and texture, all served in a comfortable atmosphere that changes with the seasons, all contribute to making a fine dining experience. Pleasant background music makes this sensual experience complete.
Mint Restaurant
Karen, the chef, has a natural gift of choosing and preparing food in ways which pamper your taste buds. Her ability to create dishes with unique blends of flavors and ingredients, each contributing to the overall taste of the dish, yet standing out enough to get your attention, sets her kitchen apart from others in the area.
Judy is the pastry chef, and does her job almost too well. The dessert lover will have great difficulty choosing from among the list of sweet delights on the pedestal menu brought to the table. One solution is to bring friends, and all share several different treats.
Mint Restaurant           The menu is ever-changing, posted to greet you as you walk in, it will delay your seating only long enough to decide what you feel like having, but, because of the offerings, that isn't always easy to do. There is usually a selection of meat and fish choices, and always at least one vegetarian dish, all with a unique twist.
Alcohol is not served, but you are welcome to bring your favorite beverage, and they will be glad to provide glasses and serve it for you.
